New clients must schedule a consultation under "Contact Us" to help us understand your tax environment and answer your questions. Please follow the steps below after your consultation.

Register as a member
Gather your prior year tax returns, current year tax documents & information (PDF)
Download and fill out our FMS Tax Service Form

Once we receive all the tax documentation, we will review it and reach out if we need any additional information. After finalizing your tax return, we will email you the results and upload them to your account for your review. Once you review your tax returns, reply to the email with results (First & Last Name 2024 Federal & State Tax Returns) “Ready to e-File” and they will be electronically filed. Returning Clients

Thank you for your continued support! Please follow the steps below

Please log in to your member's area with your individual account information.
Find your tax documents on your computer and upload them into the 2024 folder.
Check email for next steps.

Please use FMS Tax Service Form to inform us of any changes such as additional dependent, updated address, updated driver’s license, updated banking information and/or change in taxes from the previous year. Thank you and as always feel free to contact us if you have and questions.
